New Illustrations Soon!

So lately I have been working on a few little illustrations and sketches, mostly coming up with fresh ideas for new projects I would like to complete. For now though I'll leave you with this illustration I did WAY BACK before I had learnt anything about animation and was studying Design. Probably a good 6 years old but was my first brush with illustrating on a computer. It's nice to look back, inspires what's next!

Wow Have I Been Busy!

OK I've been away for quite a while, but for good cause, I got an internship, they paid me and everything!

I was asked to create a short film during my short 6 week internship promoting a new piece of software to be used in universities. 6 weeks isn't long, especially when it has to be 2 minutes in length. Luckily i somehow managed to finish in time with something that I think does what was asked and maybe a little more.

I'll possibly add some behind the scenes work soon but for now check out the final film.

Ok I'm feeling a bit rubbish at the moment as I have a terrible cold but thought I'd post something, I was sketching and doodling yesterday and very quickly had Jim Carrey pass through my mind then today felt like adding to it. Heres the result.

Carrying on with the same theme i thought id practice some feet drawing and since i didn't have any spare, i used my own. not perfect but its something to work on.

First time in ages that I'd used my Wacom tablet and decided to do some observational drawing of my hand, fairly pleased with the result but hopefully I'll produce something better shortly.
